History: Delivered in the United States in October of 1973 via Chinetti Garthwaite Imports. Ferrari built 1,284 GTB/4’s in their six-year production run and fewer than 150 of the final year 1973 model. It underwent Classiche authentication in 2011, recognizing original chassis, engine, and gearbox numbers.
Condition: A “no-expense spared” restoration was completed from 1995–1997 and detailed records show maintenance and service totaling over$100,000 from 1997 to present. More recently, the radiator and cooling system were refurbished, the A/C system serviced, and the transmission was rebuilt. A full inspection, carburetor tune, and oil change were completed in May of 2025.
Currently showing 29,733 miles, this Daytona is in impressive mechanical order, ready to drive, and current in its maintenance. Notably, it won gold at the Cavallino Classic in 2005 and the European Excellence Award at the Carmel-by-the-Sea Concours D’Elegance in 2008. It’s in pristine cosmetic condition, professionally detailed, and show ready.
Of Note: The Ferrari 365 GTB/4 is a grand touring legend sporting a 7,500 rpm V12 paired with a gated 5-speed manual gearbox. Wearing sleek Pininfarina designed bodywork, the Daytona offers unmatched presence on the road, emanating straight from the golden era of Ferrari.
