Office Manager




Grand Prix Classics is looking for an Office Manager who can carry out a variety of administrative duties, manage day-to-day office operations, and provide support to the sales, marketing, and service staff. The Office Manager position is a critical part of the daily operation and an excellent opportunity to become a vital member of a small team within in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.


10 years’ experience is preferred, although a bright person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic with fewer years of experience will be considered.


The duties of the Office Manager position include, but are not limited to, the following three key areas:


Administrative Tasks

Client correspondence. Manage vehicle files, DMV transactions, and sales contracts. Basic bookkeeping. Bank wires. Database management as a marketing tool for e-blasts (ACT! experience preferred). Invoicing for services. Repair Orders. Order office supplies, miscellaneous errands, etc. Advanced knowledge of most current Microsoft Office programs is expected.



Coordinate travel Arrangements. Coordinate shipping and receiving; arrange vehicle shipments including international import/export as well as domestic by land, air, and sea. Maintain an events calendar. Organize race and show car entries.


Marketing & Sales Support

Conduct market research related to specific vehicles, vehicle history, and market comparables. Aid in the production of marketing presentations, vehicle binders, and informational Excel spreadsheets. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) is beneficial.

As with any small business, employees must be willing to take on additional responsibilities in order to ensure the successful operation of the business.


Salary & Benefits
To be commensurate with experience but will include performance-based incentives and rewards. Benefits include a health insurance allowance and on-the-job training.
