This original Atlantic car was #27 of 48 manufactured in 1972 and has been raced and owned by Dale Coyne. It was a winning design in its day. Most recently in Sovren and HMSA events on the west coast.
Recent no expense spared professional restoration by Marc Bahner, with excellent records, beautiful monocoque and chassis detail. Cosworth BDD engine just rebuilt by VDS engine services with dyno time only. New hard wired AMB transponder, rev limiter (adjustable), Koni shocks, Hans compatible shoulder harness attachment points, all tubing is nickel plated, seat insert upholstered with Sparco fabric, radiator front & rear protection screens, lower engine frame braces (formula 2 configuration), Alpha steering wheel with spa technique quick-release hub, camera/data wiring and quick release point for data box.
Recent race preparation by J and L Fabricating near Tacoma, Washington. It has been prepared to the highest level with fresh Cosworth engine. This is an excellent choice when racing in the Atlantic class.
